Returns Policy
We do not accept returns of unsold products.  Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report damaged or missing items. 
 

Shipping

Free local delivery in the Kansas City area for all order of 250 pounds.

Shipments on all orders under 250 lbs. and outside the Kansas City Metro area will be FOB our Olathe, Kansas warehouse.  Freight charges will be added to your invoice.

Wholesale shipments are to our customers only, as we do not drop ship.

Shipping is available to recipient for gift purchases.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
